How to Return an Item

Request a Return

Log into your account and go to "My Orders". Select the order containing the item you want to return and click "Request Return". Fill out the return form with your reason for return.

Get Your Return Label

Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print the label and attach it to your package.

Pack Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) along with all tags, accessories, and documentation. Make sure the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. You'll receive tracking information to monitor your return.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy! Follow the same return process above, but select "Exchange" instead of "Return" when submitting your request.

Size Exchanges

Wrong size? Exchange for a different size at no extra cost. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.

Color/Style Exchanges

Change your mind about the color or style? Exchange for any item of equal or lesser value with no additional shipping charges.

Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached

Original Packaging

Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation

Proof of Purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: underwear, swimwear, pierced jewelry, beauty products, and personal care items (unless defective or damaged).

We're sorry if you received a damaged or defective item. Please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund right away.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I return sale items?
Yes! Sale items can be returned following the same policy as regular-priced items. All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and meet our return conditions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No! We provide free return shipping for all returns within the United States. You'll receive a prepaid return label with your return authorization. For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return an item without the original packaging?
While we prefer items to be returned in their original packaging, we understand that's not always possible. As long as the item is unused, with tags attached, and securely packed for return shipping, we'll accept it.
